Luxembourg Plaza and the great mission to put on weight
Luxembourg Plaza - home to many companies... including Burda publishing house. But this time it wasn't about work but about eating.
Restaurant in Palac Flora shopping mall, facing the above mentioned Luxembourg Plaza. Trying hard to succeed in a great mission of putting on weight. As much as possible (which in my case means at least 5 kgs till Christmas).
Another spectacular view from that restaurant :)

Sunday book club - The Sartorialist
I had to share this with you. My pre-christmas gift to myself :) Printed version of The Sartorialist, which was my inspiration for getting into photography years ago. This book is amazing.

Zbraslav view
I should have been in Bratislava tonight, but those last minute changes... so I'll show you view and one of my favorite houses in Zbraslav. I took this photo few weeks ago when we still had sunny weather in Prague.
It was on a public holiday and there were festivals all over Prague. Zbraslav included.

What's going on at Charles bridge
Charles bridge is old so no wonder it needs some fixing here and there.
This can get pretty tight at tourist rush hour.
... and restaurant with boats for hire at the end.

You have a choice
This is advertisement for student bank account. It says "You have a choice" ... meaning the choice between having account in their bank or being a whore. I guess. Well, I had one of my student accounts here, too. They paid 333 Kc (like 13 EUR) a year and there were no fees :)

Books at night
So you can see what a security do in a bookstore at night... read books :) This is Luxor at Wenceslas square. One of my favorite bookstores in Prague. They have a wide selection of photographic books (and other artistic books).
I wanted to show you this post about new technical library at Dejvice. That library is awesome and if you speak Czech you'll also enjoy the post very much. (Or... you can use Google to translate it, here's English version)
PS: I must say the whole library system in Prague is superb. I'm using it with a great pleasure for 20 years now.

Vice magazine is here
First issue and first party of Czech Vice Magazine was born yesterday. Dlouha street was full of people and policemen. And this wonderful DJing vehicle was in front of Roxy. You can visit Czechoslovak edition of online Vice here. Personally I had a bit different expectations of the printed issue.
